Darts Averages Competition

After a long night of darts we crowned a new champion in the Darts Averages knockout competition when James Hewitt from the Lady Bay beat the Manvers Cotgrave's Dave Meese 3-1 in the final.

As well as the usual upsets along the way there were 180's hit by Martin Rayner and John Manners and a 118 finish by Ian Williams.

Darts Singles

After a night of quality darts action we now know the finalists for the Mens and Womens singles competitions.

In the Mens competition we had a new high checkout for the season as Paul Ulliott from the RESC hit a 130 checkout. This didn't last long however as 2 games later Steve Gough from Lady Bay hit the same 130 checkout to put them both joint top of the high checkout list for the season.

However both players were knocked out in the semi-finals by John Williams from the Manvers Radcliffe and James Hewitt from Lady Bay who will contest this years final.

The Ladies competition final will be contested by Loraine Stokes from Lady Bay and Eileen Stevens from the Manvers Radcliffe. Both Ladies were in good form on the night and would have given the Men a run for their money.
